Mossbank B&B is a unique separate self contained mud brick provincial-style cottage which offers comfort and privacy, set in a stunning 3 acre country garden just 5 minutes from Castlemaine. The cottage built by the owners is a work of art itself and features the use of recycled timbers and leadlight windows. The accommodation is studio style, with all modern facilities, and the warmth of woodfire heating. There is a kitchenette, bed/living room with ensuite, at the head staircase is the loft area which overlooks the living room below. Outside is a private area with a BBQ and covered carport.

Eco-Friendly sustanable features including solar hot water and grid connected PV panels.

Full continental breakfast ingredients are supplied which includes crusty breads. Fresh flowers and fine linen makes Mossbank a great place to stay.

Mossbank has a tranquil ambience a perfect place for a relaxing stay.

What to expect

Open plan living in studio style accommodation which provides for self catering. The cottage has rustic charm reminiscent of Tuscan inspired living which has been transported to a Central Victorian location. The cottage is a unique Owner-Built construction, featuring recycled timbers, leadlight windows and brick paved floors. Summer cooling is provided and in winter you can enjoy the cosy ambience of wood-fire heating. Outdoors there is a private eating/sitting area with a barbecue.
